مراسلات بين عدد من المسؤولين في حكومة زنجبار حول تطوير مدينة Madungu وفقا للمخطط المعد لهذا الغرض مثل:
- توزيع الأراضي متعددة الأستخدامات (سكني، تجاري) وترقيم بعض المنازل.
- تخصيص بعض الأراضي لإنشاء مرافق ومباني خدمية تابعة للحكومة وتعويض أصحابها وفقا للأعمال الموضحة في المخطط .
- شراء أراضي لإنشاء أعمال التطوير الموضحة في مخطط التطوير.
- النظر في بعض الطلبات المقدمة مثل طلبات شراء أراضي، وطلب تخصيص قطعة أرض لإنشاء ملاعب رياضية تابعة لمدارس ولبعض فرق الشباب الهندوسي Young Hindoos Team،وإنشاء مدارس.
