مراسلات بين عدد من الجهات الإدارية في شرق أفريقيا حول تعديل قوانين الهجرة (السفر) البرية والبحرية، وتحديد رسوم إصدار الجوازات في شرق أفريقيا، وتحديد الوثائق المطلوبة للدخول إلى زنجبار كالشهادات الصحية ووثائق السفر الأخرى، والتأكيد على ضرورة إبراز الوثائق الصحية للمسافرين على متن السفن الموسمية المسافرة إلى زنجبار،وفرض رسوم تأمين على المسافرين إلى مناطق شرق أفريقيا، وتحديد مواصفات الختم الموجود على الجوازات البريطانية الصادرة في زنجبار، ونماذج من استمارات طلب الحصول على الجنسية في زنجبار،وإصدار تصاريح الدخول المؤقتة إلى كل من زنجبار وتنجانيقا وكينيا، ومناقشة توحيد قوانين الهجرة في كل من زنجبار وتنجانيقا وكينيا، يتضمن الملف بعض المراسيم والقوانين المتعلقة بقوانين الهجرة.كما يتضمن الملف شكوى مقدمة ضد قسم الهجرة والجوازات،جزء من قانون الهجرة في أوغندا.
