مراسلات بالعلاقات الخارجية المتبادلة مع اليمن:
- تهنئة السلطان بعيد الحج، اعلام بإرسال رسائل، ووصولها وفهم مواضيعها.
- ارسال أموال وبضائع والاستفسار عن وصولها.
- رسالة من آثر هنري القنصل البريطاني بزنجبار الى والي السلطان سلطان آل عثمان في اليمن حول قيام سالم بن عبدالله الخميري بنشر كلام بذيء عن السلطان حمود بن محمد وطلب القبض عليه اثناء لجؤه للأراضي اليمنية وارجاعه لزنجبار لمعاقبته. اعلام السلطان بالبحث والتقصي عنه ويرجح أمره بالوفاة.
