مراسلات بين عدد من المسؤولين في حكومة زنجبار من بينهم المقيم السياسي البريطاني في زنجبار والسكرتير الخاص للسلطان خليفة بن حارب -سلطان زنجبار- حول تلقي السلطان خليفة بن حارب دعوة من إدوارد تونج -حاكم تنجانيقا- لزيارة دار السلام ونيروبي،وكان برفقة السلطان أثناء الزيارة عقيلته سلطانة زنجبار. تتضمن المراسلات مناقشة برنامج الزيارة والبروتوكولات الدولية المتبعة في هذا الشأن كتحية السلطان واستقباله وغيرها.
ومن أبرز المواضيع المذكورة في المرسلات الآتي:
- تأجيل موعد الزيارة نظرا للظروف الصحية التي يمر بها السلطان خليفة بن حارب في تلك الفترة.
