منشور صادر من مخابرات هيئة أركان الحرب لقوات جلالة ملك بريطانيا في مصر، وطبع في المطبعة الأميرية بالقاهرة في 1916م، حول مساعي الحكومة الألمانية في مستعمرة شرق أفريقيا الألمانية بقمع الدين الإسلامي،يتضمن المنشور:
- صورة طبق الأصل مع الترجمة من المنشور الألماني الصادر من الحاكم المعين على مستعمرة شرق أفريقيا الألمانية إلى جميع موظفي الحكومة الألمانية في المستعمرة حول اتخاذ التدابير اللازمة للحد من انتشار الدين الإسلامي ومن بينها منع أئمة المساجد من القيام بواجباتهم وترغيب الأهالي في تربية الخنازير.
