نهار خامس من يوم الجمعة من شهر ربيع الاخر سنة مائتان والالف من الهجرة الشريفة بيد الفقير لله الذين اقل خلقه وللتقصير كثير ويرجا الفضل والعون سعيد بن بريك بن جعروف بن جمعة بن سعيد وهو من ولاد عامر بن سعيد العبري، وباركه حمود بن عزان بن قيس ابن الامام عزان بن قيس.
