مراسلات بين عدد من المسؤولين البريطانيين في حكومة الهند حول دراسة مقترح إعادة جوادر إلى باكستان وذلك عن طريق استئجارها أو شرائها من سلطان مسقط، وتتضمن المراسلات نبذه عن تاريخ جوادر وطريقة تملك السلطان سعيد بن سلطان لها، والطوائف التي تقيم فيها، والأوضاع الإقتصادية والسياسية فيها وتحكم محمد ريمو في عائدات جمارك جوادر وسيطرته على والي جوادر، وزيادة الشكاوى عليه من الرعايا البريطانيين والهنود والعرب الساكنيين في جوادر، ودراسة المصالح التي تعود بالنفع على الحكومة البريطانية من إعادة جوادر إلى خان قلات.
